Leadership Team
High-level strategy, final decisions, long-term vision, supporting R4 team as required, escalation point, reward distributions, and oversight on migrations. Also a dash of tyranny of course!
Commander
Leading on PvP days, including lead-up announcements and polls, coordinating rallies, war planning, and overall battle tactics and strategy.
Member discipline, new member onboarding, migration organisation and management, and guild rule maintenance.
Migration scouting, dispute resolution, server and cross-server diplomacy, alliances, and negotiations.
Managing R3-R1 ranks, Arms Race & Trade Route event coordination, and general daily announcements. Assisting Chairman as required.

Strategizing and leading Shadow Front squadrons, including lead-up announcements and polls. Assisting the Warbringer & Strike Commander.
